These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided via Repuria.com (“Company”, “we”, “us”), which is owned and operated by NonDetected OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under registration number 16586449. Our registered office is located at Tuukri tn 19-315, 10152 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia.

By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

We provide legal and technical assistance services to help users request the removal of online content from third-party platforms in accordance with applicable laws, platform policies, and legitimate procedures.

Repuria provides professional assistance through legal advocacy and DMCA notices. We do not claim direct control over third-party platforms. Our service is based on a “Best Efforts” principle.

We do not:

  • access accounts without authorization
  • use unlawful or deceptive practices
  • guarantee removal of content

3. Eligibility & Authority

You confirm that:

  • You are acting on your own behalf, or
  • You are authorized to act on behalf of another individual or entity

If acting for a third party, you must have legal authorization.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not impersonate others
  • Not submit fraudulent or misleading requests
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes

We may suspend or terminate services if violations are detected.

5. Service Process

To provide services, you may be required to:

  • Submit relevant URLs or content
  • Provide supporting information

We may:

  • Submit requests to third-party platforms
  • Communicate with content publishers
  • Assist in drafting removal requests

We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their actions.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We make reasonable efforts to assist with content removal or suppression.

However:

  • Results depend on third-party decisions
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes

Where applicable, refund conditions are defined in your service agreement.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments

Fees are defined in your service agreement and must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Wise).

Refunds

We strive for the best outcomes. If our legal efforts do not result in the removal of the agreed content within 90 days, the client is entitled to a Full or Partial Refund (minus administrative fees).

If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope of services, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the terms specified in your individual service agreement and in our money-back policy.

We do not guarantee refunds in cases where:

  • Required information was not provided
  • The client failed to cooperate
  • Third-party decisions prevent completion despite reasonable efforts

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Notice.

You confirm that any data you provide:

  • is lawful to share
  • complies with applicable data protection laws

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to:

  • Harass, defame, or harm others
  • Violate privacy or intellectual property rights
  • Submit unlawful or abusive content
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

10. Intellectual Property

All website content and systems are owned by the Company or its licensors.

You may not:

  • reverse engineer systems
